Press Release Writing
The best way to cut through the millions of press releases sent to editors is to have a razor sharp release. And who better to write it than one of our expert journalists, who know what it takes to get your press release in front of the right editor.

Included with your basic press release will be two different subject lines and two different pitch letters depending on your target media.

The Press Release Writing service is $299 for the first press release; all related releases for the same product are only $199.

Press Kit Creation
When an editor or producer calls, you better be prepared or risk the possibility that they will go with a different product. The media is short on time, and always work with the best-prepared contact.

Press kits are a great way to give editors, writers and producers every possible piece of information on you and your product or service.

Pitch letter – A brief letter introducing your product to your media list. We design our pitch letter to work with a mail merge format so you can customize elements of each letter quickly and easily.

Story Ideas – Don’t muddle up your press release with every possible story angle. Your press kit is a good resource for an editor or producer to see options and potential story ideas. We will craft two interesting story ideas, each with three to five ready to ask questions. Plus one tip sheet or news brief, whichever is the best suited to your pitch.

Ready to Use Quotes – Editors love smart, interesting quotes. When you are quoted, you instantly become an expert. We will talk to you about your expertise and your product, then craft two great quotes to include with your press kit, as needed.

Company Bio – This is a straightforward, factual information page about your company and its founders.

The cost of the Press Kit Creation service is $699.

Product Photography Coordination
When an editor or producer is interested in a product, they want to see clear images of your product. Be the product they choose by offering high-resolution, print ready images taken by Robert House Photography. Your product will pop against a seamless white background. Editors love it when you can make their job easier, so be ready with images for them.

We will coordinate all your photography needs, simply ship us your samples and we’ll take it from there.

The Product Photography Coordination service is $199 plus Robert House Photography fees and shipping.

Customized Pitching List
If you’re looking for something that’s not part of The Gift List for Holiday, such as local radio stations or medical editors, we can create it for you. Big or small, the list will be priced to fit your unique needs.

Customized Pitching Lists start at $249.

Press Release Distribution
We are not a wire service. We offer personalized, customized and targeted distribution to our proprietary media lists. We deliver all campaigns by email using your email address to create a seamless contact experience. Follow-up inquiries go directly to you, so that you can do what you do best: talk about your product.

Targeted Media List – Nobody knows our databases better than we do. We review every record specifically with your product in mind, and develop a media list targeted specifically for your product. We work with your subscription to The Gift List media database. The distribution contacts are organized and saved for you in your MyMedia area of The Gift List, and available to you online 24/7.

Campaign Design – We design an HTML campaign that includes your submitted pitch letter, images and press release. No attachments! Everything is embedded and reviewed for stringent spam triggers. If an editor prefers plain text, they are sent a plain text version with a browser link to view your HTML design online.

Monitoring & Reporting – We monitor the delivery of your press release. We track and report to you who opened your email, who clicked on your links, and who forwarded it to a colleague.

Please note that Press Release Distribution is available only to subscribers of The Gift List for Holiday or for customers who have purchased a Customized Pitching List. We cannot use your personal pitching list on our distribution system.

The cost for the Press Release Distribution service is $799. If you have more than one product, additional distribution packages are $499.

Customized Media Relations
Following up with the Press Release Distribution campaign isn’t something that everyone has the time or expertise to handle by themselves. Small business owners are not public relations professionals and busy publicists often need an extra hand in order take on extra clients.

We are here to help with phone follow-up, email follow-up, sending samples, and collecting clips.
